Join RISE and Paragon BJJ San Luis Obispo/Templeton & for a Wednesday morning Workshop! July 15th 9:30-11:30am
Self-Defense and Empowerment Workshops are about more than just punching and kicking. Participants are taught how to use their voices, minds, and bodies to protect themselves effectively. Workshops confront the real life fears that all women face. Participants are given options, choices, and techniques for dealing with those fears in a safe and supportive environment.

We are excited to announce our first co-facilitated Women's Self Defense and Empowerment Workshop with Paragon Jiu Jitsu! Foundation Training added to the SLO schedule.
MWF 6:30 to 7:30 a.m. Beginning March 16.
$10 for Paragon/Elite MT members, $15 for non members.
Foundation Training is a series of exercises that help redefine your core, aligns posture, alleviates back pain, creates more strengthen, and increases mobility.
