Judo coming to Paragon SLO

Our fiends at Central Coast Judo will be training with us at Paragon SLO during August and September while their location at the Pismo Vets Hall undergoes renovations. They will be joining our regular Mon of Wed evening classes and will be holding their Judo class from 7:30 to 9 on Mon and Wed. I also expect that some of them will attend our Friday night take down class at 5:30. Everyone is welcome to attend their Judo classes. This is a great opportunity to cross train and work on your Judo.

Central Coast Judo was formally Five Cities Judo and was where Chris Lovato trained for a number of years and received his Judo Black Belt from its founder Mario Rubio. To learn more about Central Coast Judo here is their web site. http://www.centralcoastjudo.com/

August Kid's Announcements

All Saturday kid's classes will be cancelled for the month of August due to various vacations.

We will also be doing no gi for the month of August in both locations due to the heat.

Kids should wear shorts and t-shirt or a rashguard.  Preferred shorts are board shorts with a tie string or Velcro.  NO ZIPPERS.  Swim shorts are ok too.   Basket ball type shorts are not very good for no-gi because they ride up and are loose fitting.  Alternatively the kids could wear their gi pants.

If you have any questions please contact Chris or Mallory

Thank You
